The holder of a private pilot license may act, but not for remuneration, as pilot-in-command or co-pilot of any aircraft (engaged in non-revenue flights for which his license is endorsed). Before exercising the privileges at night, the license holder must have a Night Rating.
Pre-requisite: Student Pilot License (SPL) Age: At least 17 Years Medical: Class 2 Education: Secondary school certificate or equivalent Training: Private Pilot License course shall be of 08 months duration; and shall comprise a minimum of 40 hours following the prescribed syllabus excluding the ground schooling period. Validity: 24 months
The holder of a Commercial pilot license may act as pilot-in-command or co-pilot of any aircraft engaged in revenue flights for which his license is endorsed. Before exercising the privileges at night, the license holder shall have a Night Rating.
